Returns and Exchanges of Goods.

• 1. To return an item(s) based on Clause 1 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day the goods are delivered to the Buyer, by informing the Seller using the contact methods specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the item being returned, the order number, and the reasons for the return.
• 2. When returning goods, the Buyer must adhere to the following conditions:
• 2.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
• 2.2. the item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
• 2.3. the item must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.) (this clause does not apply when returning a defective item);
• 2.4. the returned item must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
• 2.5. a purchase document must be provided when returning the item.
• 3. The Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer’s returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Article 2.
• 4. When returning an incorrect and/or defective item, the Seller undertakes to collect such items and replace them with equivalent suitable items.
• 5. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable items for replacement, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding the delivery price.
• 6. UNC quality (from rolls) coins ordered from the Eurocoins online store cannot be returned, as they may inherently have minor scratches resulting from the coin minting process.
• 7. BU quality or PROOF quality coins can be returned if there are obvious quality or packaging defects not indicated by the Seller.
• 8. All numismatic accessories can be returned if they are mixed packages of the “Leuchtturm” brand or have obvious packaging defects not indicated by the Seller.
